What you should know about The East York Hockey Assc
Our small, family-owned bakery emerged in 1996 from the back of our sandwich shop in downtown Toronto. Although we would have never imagined it, we recently expanded our branches to better serve our growing clientele in the United States. Now, in 2011, we're moving again. We were thrilled to see the demand for our products grow rapidly, and we soon opened a small commercial bakery. Our company grew slowly, and in 1998 we began selling our pitas to local specialty and health food stores in downtown Toronto. Our grandmother had introduced us to a love for baking tasty, nutritious food that we've been exploring ever since. This is truly exciting for us, and we are happy to be producing new, healthy products across North America.
